I started out my dealing with Wes Faust , who has always been friendly and courteous and willing to help and answer any question I had , well he has moved up in the ranks and i was then Dealing with a new S been friendly and courteous and willing to help and answer any question I had , well he has moved up in the ranks and i was then Dealing with a new Salesman , Brian Long , He may be a young guy but certainly seems to know the product , he listened to what i wanted and then made some suggestions and I then made my decision and bought a Certified Used Toyota , Brian went out of his way to make sure things were going smoothly and kept in touch with me through every step of the process and even called my insurance company to tell them i purchased a new car , that to me is someone who cares about people and making a good impression and it will not be forgotten , then it came time to do the paperwork and i met Shane , very nice guy made the whole process easy and enjoyable it seemed like the whole deal only took 10 minutes , all in all a good experience and would recommend Freedom as a good place to buy a car , thank you Wes , Brian and Shane .....TBH, More

After having an terrible accient, which totaled my husbands car, we recieved a letter in the mail from Freedom. The letter stated they were helping people who filed bankruptcy get approved for new veh husbands car, we recieved a letter in the mail from Freedom. The letter stated they were helping people who filed bankruptcy get approved for new vehicles, my husband and I claimed bankruptcy not even a year ago. We felt horrible about the accident, we thought for sure we would NEVER get approved and would have to live with just one car. That couldn't even be an option we thought. We walked into Freedom and was immediatly greeted by a friendly face Mr. Reggie Brown. He asked if he could help us. I felt like saying its going to be a challenge but sure you can. After telling him our situation, he didn't seem discouraged or treat us different like many other dealers did. Everything ran super smooth and very quick unlike alot of other dealers. Needless to say Freedom got us approved for a 2010 Toyota Tundra, which he LOVES by the way. We are definetly going back in January/February to get a car for me!!! More

When I walked into the dealership I was introduced to Wes by the internet sales manager. What a great, honest young man, I considered adopting him. My experience was low key and no pressure. The Prius I was there to see was ready to roll with no hassle or drama. It was as advertised, CarFax ready and a good deal. As far as customer service, it was stellar because of this and may other factors, intangibles like everyone seemed happy and relaxed, the work area was open and clean, the questions I had were answered in detail and I felt valued. While the price on the "Bell (Gaussian?) curve" was very reasonable, there was wiggle room. Overall, it made car shopping less stressful and more likely that I will return Thursday and buy the Prius. More

My first introduction to this establishment was to Jennifer for Internet Sales over the telpehone. She was extremely friendly and professional. Jennifer then introduced me to Brian, the young man who opened the door. He was courteous without knowing we were initally there for Jennifer. Brian conducted the research in attempt to find us a used car. He was sincere and took his time. A breath of fresh air from a typical sales person. What I liked most about Brian was that he listened to me and looked me in the eye. He was not in a rush to sell us a car. He was making every effort to help us find the appropriate program and vehicle. There was no personal agenda. I will definitely recommend others to your dealership and will return to purchase future vehicles. Brian, thank you very much for being a courteous and professional gentleman. Raj was very nice to me when we went to freedom Toyota. He showed us several different vehicles but did not push us to buy.
