I brought my Toyota Camry in today for it's 20,000 mile service. I was babysitting my 4 and 1 year old grandchildren so was rather dreading going to my appointment. Erin greeted us with a smile and showed us to the customer waiting area where the kids received a cookie. We waited there comfortably while my car was serviced in a very timely manner. Erin came out to tell me my car was ready, she had the touchup paint I had asked her about when I checked in and took me over to check out. She explained the services that were performed and even helped me make my way out to my car with the two kids. Thanks Erin for a very customer friendly experience. More
