Erin Tobias is the best service adviser I have ever dealt with. She is courteous, unbelievably patient, and a comfort to talk to. I'm retired and live on a fixed income. I had a problem with my Corolla not starting. Dealership told me it was the fuse box $700.00. My warranty ran out at 75,000 miles and my car is at 94,000 miles. I paid for the repairs which totaled $1,061.0 told me it was the fuse box $700.00. My warranty ran out at 75,000 miles and my car is at 94,000 miles. I paid for the repairs which totaled $1,061.05. We are on our 4th Toyota. The first was a Camry, then a Prius, the Corolla and a new Rav4. I have been a loyal Toyota buyer and customer and feel I should be entitled to some financial relief with the bill. I Visited this vist on November 13 as appointment. Was met with Nicky Who actually according to my watch opened the doors for me a tad early than opening time which surprised me. Since I had another appointment and was waiting for vehicle I reminded him to somewhat hurry but make no mistakes.he treated me with courteous banter and was explanative in the reasons for work and even updated me on the progress twice while in the waiting service area. I was greeted by Erin Tobias when I recently visited Freedom Toyota/Scion. I found her to be a very helpful and friendly. My visit was because there was a Scion event that the dealership sponsored. While I was there I asked about their Parts Department and they actually walked me right over to the counter so I could purchase the parts needed for my '08 Scion xB. When I left the parts counter I walked over to check out Scions current lineup, including the new FR-S. A salesperson came over to see if I had any questions. We chatted about the new models and I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy. I regret not getting the names of all the employees i interacted with that day. Everyone I dealt with left me with the impression that Freedom Toyota/Scion would be the obvious choice for my next Scion.
