Nicky did a great job. He was very responsive. I was having car trouble on the afternoon before Thanksgiving. I got the car towed up to Freedom, and Nicky got it diagnosed right away. He did that on Friday, right away, and he also noticed that my inspection was due (which I had forgotten to mention to him). He not only got that work done quickly on the day after Thanksgiving, but had two drivers bring the car back down to me in Wyomissing. He was very polite and pleasant to work with! Thank you! More

The Freedom Automotive group is a great place to purchase and have your vehicle serviced. The staff is A+. The service department is excellent when dealing with customers and their concerns. Erin was the quickest, most efficient person I have dealt with from there! I have previously waited over 2 hours before for an oil chg, And with Erin was in & out in 40 minutes!!! I phoned the Service Department and was transferred to Erin. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Upon scheduling my appointment, she gave me clear directions on where to drop my vehicle and key Erin. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Upon scheduling my appointment, she gave me clear directions on where to drop my vehicle and keys. Based upon the estimate she provided, she was off by only $11. My 4-Runner is like new with the detailing service that was also performed with other required items. When I went to drop off my vehicle, Erin was on the phone with another customer who was obviously not happy, but Erin maintained her composure and handled the call with ease and professionalism. I'll ask for her every time going forward when scheduling my service appointments! She was exemplary in her service! More

Ever since I leased my car, I have been dealing with Erin Tobias in the service department. She is the best there is. She truly listens to what I need, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I r Tobias in the service department. She is the best there is. She truly listens to what I need, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best possible service. Every time I need service, I call her up. She gets me an appointment right away, and she usually knows what my car needs before I even ask! She's quick, thorough, and always has a smile on her face. She makes sure all my questions are answered and takes her time with me if I need it. As long as Erin's there, I won't go anywhere else for service! Great job, Freedom! More
On 18 November the latch for my grandson's car seat became jammed on the rear seat hook of my Lexus. We needed to transfer the car seat to my daughter's vehicle who was returning with our grandson to V became jammed on the rear seat hook of my Lexus. We needed to transfer the car seat to my daughter's vehicle who was returning with our grandson to Virginia that day. Needless to say we were in a bit of a panic. Knowing the relationship of Toyota and Lexus I immediately thought of Freedom Toyota. I made a call and Erin Tobias said "sure we can help, bring it right in." Admittedly it required a bit of strength and a tool but Erin and Steve saved the day in a few minutes. What is truly commendable was their genuine concern and pleasure that they could help us and solve the problem. Perhaps a trival problem to them but a major one to me and my daughter. In fact, when they solved the problem, Erin and Steve both gave a "high five" to our three -year old grandson. They refused any kind of payment and just said they were glad to help and wished my daughter a safe trip home. Later that night, after returning to Virginia, my grandson spoke to me on the phone and mentioned the high five from the folks at the "car place." I assure you that this is the perfect example of customer service. Please let Erin and Steve know that we appreciate their help and concern. Jim Laurie More
