Phi Phi is the best Service Advisor!! Phi Phi always keeps his appointments on time, goes the extra mile to satisfy his customer and if a job takes longer than anticipated, he supplies a rental car, if keeps his appointments on time, goes the extra mile to satisfy his customer and if a job takes longer than anticipated, he supplies a rental car, if it’s available. I had an recent incident regarding my batter. My battery was on its way out and my appointment wasn’t until 5 days. Phi Phi told me to come right in at 4pm before a holiday weekend to replace it He does his best to accommodate a price (the best to his ability). He is an asset to Kelly Nissan and they are fortunate to have him in their service department if given the option on who to have in the service department, I would highly recommend asking for Phi Phi. More

Everyone was very nice. They took time to listen to my issue. They did full diagnostics. Two different people took the car out to try & hear & feel the noise, but could not duplicate the issue I have had. issue. They did full diagnostics. Two different people took the car out to try & hear & feel the noise, but could not duplicate the issue I have had. They told me to try some things and bring it back again. I will definitely do that. It is not an issue to find easily with the car. More
Brandon was polite and explained to me everything that needs to be done but I was disappointed for two reasons : 1- He said it will take 2 days to get it fixed and took 2 weeks 2- He gave me a dirty c needs to be done but I was disappointed for two reasons : 1- He said it will take 2 days to get it fixed and took 2 weeks 2- He gave me a dirty car , inside and out , with low pressure tires and i had to pay $25 to fix one of the tires and the car wasn’t even desinfected due to the Covid . 3- After 2 weeks I got my car back dirtier than when I left it 4- I had a Toyota car for 20 years , bought it brand new , and every time I went to the dealer for services I would get my car clean and shine like new . 5- I also noticed that the waiting room is not being desinfected after people leave the seat . I wasn’t comfortable there More
