I recently leased a Murano from Ira Nissan of Woburn. I dealt with Willy and Nick. They were both wonderfully helpful. Nick was very knowledgable about the car and easily answered all my questions. Have taken my year old Xterra there several times for service that should have been covered by warranty. Every time they had a reason why it wasn't covered and told me I would have to pay to get the prob service that should have been covered by warranty. Every time they had a reason why it wasn't covered and told me I would have to pay to get the problem fixed (battery post, fusable link, etc). Yet when I left and took it to a different dealership it was fixed under warranty- no questions asked. Furthermore, their service manager was awful and had no intentions of trying to make me a happy customer. He turned down a warrantied service repair because he was 100% sure that the part wasn't defective. The next dealership confirmed that the part was defective and fixed it under warranty. The people at IRA Nissan are crooks who try to upcharge you on service requests and dont care about the customers happiness. More
