The Nissan dealership wanted to charge me $260 to get new brakes when there was absolutely nothing wrong. Don't trust these people there scammers and liars they tried to take advantage of me. Save yourself money and go somewhere else where they're honest. More

I had brought my lease Altima to another service center for a oil change and a free inspection. At that time they informed me that our vehicle needed a new battery, they gave me a print out and the report for a oil change and a free inspection. My wife and I decided that we would take the car to Lynnfield to get the battery changed, since we're business owners I decided to take it to Woburn since it's closer. When I got there I thought I would be in and out since I was the fifth person in the express line. When I got checked in I explain the situation to Tina and showed her the print out that I got from the other company. She said that Nissan had to do their own test which was understandable, I was under the impression That I would be there for no more that one hour. I can't believe I was there for three hours and five minutes just to get a battery changed. the reason I'm kinda upset is because I had to call my wife to tell her she had to walk to our business location while carrying our lunch and dinner, then she had to be there all alone and she had to find someone walking by to unlock and carry our security gate. That was my first time at the Woburn location, I'm not sure if I would ever return again. More
First, let me say that I am extremely particular about who services my '04 Nissan Titan. To that end, Kelly Nissan has proven itself to be a step above rest. Each time I've been to this dealership for service, I have had the pleasure of working with Joe Porter. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. On my first visit, I needed to have my A/C condenser replaced, and Joe provided solid, candid advice and several cost-saving options. The service department took my truck in with minimal notice, and they completed the job in one day. Once the repair was complete, Joe provided me with a coupon to lesson the financial blow. Not only was this a positive gesture, but now my A/C blows colder than it ever has! On my most recent visit, I brought my truck in (again, with minimal notice) due to a possible leaking seal on my front differential. Despite not having an appointment, Joe managed to get my truck into the service bay for an assessment. He promptly called me later in the morning to report that the seal was fine, and that I did not need to replace anything (it turns out that I didn't have a leak...long story). His honest and forthright approach is an asset to this dealership and the Nissan brand. Thanks to Joe for his caring attitude and for taking care of active-duty military members! This service department (and especially Joe Porter) is highly recommended for Nissan service calls. You can trust that proper repairs and maintenance are being executed at this location. Without hesitation, I would take my Nissan to this dealership again for servicing. More
I had a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder and received a notice that they were in demand. On a normal service visit I decided to go into the showroom and see what they had to offer. I liked my Pathfinder very much and had no immediate reason to change vehicles. I have always had my eye on a truck. I met with Shawn Crowley and he listened to my thoughts and possible expectations. Shawn thoroughly explained about the notice I received and the truck options at Nissan. We decided to take a test drive in the Titan. I really liked the Titan ride and what it had to offer. Shawn also showed me the Frontier, but if I was going to make a change, it would be for the Titan. We sat down and discussed what color(s) and options I would be looking for in the Titan. The final cost , including my Pathfinder and Nissan incentives, was too good to pass up. I would be driving away in a 2012 Titan and my monthly note would decrease bt approx. $ 150.00. I can't express enough how friendly , helpful and knowledgeable Shawn Crowley was in the purchase, he made it easy. I came in to have my sister-in-law's 2007 Altima serviced. I am 100% a car guy and like to do my own work when possible but there were a few things I knew the dealer would have been better to get d serviced. This was the first time I've ever walked into a Nissan dealership. From the start they were so accommodating, truthful, and genuine! Mike Walsh listened to everything and even had me meet Tony the tech. We talked about a few things and were very honest. They did not try to upsell me on anything. I knew it needed a new engine air filter and didn't realize it was covered under a recall it needed. They could have still tried to sell me one but they didn't. I am VERY impressed! Then, after the initial service check-in Mike did inform me that their Wi-Fi was down, but after talking to one of the sales managers they were able to get me setup in a different way to get my work done. Again, VERY impressed! I would most certainly come back for service or sales. And, trust me, I am usually very cautious about dealers. A+ experience! More

They told me they did not find any leak and when I asked them to put the car on the lift again so I can show them. Mike and Joe rolled they eyes at me like I was getting on their nerves. I did show Joe ( which I think was the supervisor) what I was talking about and he told me to keep an eye on it. The week after I went there because the oil was still leaking and they told me the same thing. The supervisor did not pay attention to me even though he told me to come back if the oil is still leaking. Finally, I decided to go to Quirk Nissan and they told me there was leak on the tranfer case. They took the car in, give me a rental and fix the problem. I think if I did not have the factory warranty, those guys from Ira nissan will not hesitate to charge me, or they probably do not know what they are doing, or they are a bunch of lazy people. I also think this supervisor should take classes and learn how to treat certain customer. More
I brought my car in for transmission service after problems following previous service at Jiffy Lube. My experience with the Service dept. at Nissan Woburn has been nothing short of outstanding. In fact, everyone in the dealership, from Parts to Sales to Billing is friendly and willing to spend time to plea been nothing short of outstanding. Mike Walsh (my service advisor) is the most honest, outgoing, professional service employee I've ever encountered. He has always gone out of his way to explain repairs in detail and always attempts to avoid costly repairs and present alternatives. The important thing is that he sets aside the time to be thorough and truly cares about the satisfaction of each customer. I've owned 8 Nissans and been to lots of dealerships, and there is a very noticeable difference in the way these folks conduct themselves. There is a great deal of interaction between service advisors and technicians, so questions get answered quickly and accurately (techs. Jim and Tony have treated my vehicle with care and taken a prudent interest in what's best in terms of safety, performance and expense). Shawn (Parts Mgr) was kind enough to pre-order special parts and not charge me until I actually decided to have my vehicle fixed. I can't say enough about how easy it is to deal with these folks and how professionally they conduct themselves. I would highly recommend that anyone with a Nissan in need of repair give them a shot --I don't think you'll be disappointed. My 2004 Titan has undergone some major repairs after 80,000 miles of loyal service. Thanks to Nissan Woburn, it's ready for another 80k! More

Well on two occassions I was in a jam and Michael Walsh came to my rescue. Last May, after only owning the car for 1 month, it would not start. I called the service department after closing hours, and Michael answered the phone and calmed me down. He walked me through a several steps, but it was clear that the battery was dead, and that I must have left the auxilary switch on. He said all I needed was a jumpstart and he was right!! He waited until I called back before leaving for the day. Today more stress. I had locked both my keys in the car (I guess they cancel each other out)and was in a panic; handbag, phone, groceries, etc were all in the car at a store parking lot, and I desperately need to get into my car. It was very close to 5:00, but I called IRA and again Michael Walsh answered. He said they could make a spare door key, and that he would wait for me. I arrived at 6:00 (30 minutes after the normal closing time) and Michael was there as promised. Now this is service!! I highly recommend IRA Nissan of Woburn... all the best, Mary McClory More
