Moreover, when I asked him to get me lost tire stem cap, he even volunteered to install it, but of course I did it myself. Strange that the technician missed it. As to the quality of service I have a bad experience with the previous one at Kelly Nissan on route one - the guy forgot to tighten screw and I found oil leaking, so had to come back there in a few days. Hopefully, nothing will happen this time. More
little disappointed I brought my car in to the express service for oil change and to have my key fob battery changed or fixed. My car was there at 8:40am and was told by Khoa Nguyen that my car would be ready within 1/2 hour or 45 minutes and I did not get my car until 10:30am. This was after I had to ask David Dennis if he could find out how much longer my car would be and that was at 9:50.. Mr. Dennis came out and let me know at 10:10 that they were just doing the paperwork and would be out in a few minutes. When I did get my car key, Khoa Nguyen did apologize and said they wanted to make sure my key and car were in sync... well big difference in 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to two hours. Then when I got home and read the inspection report it states that my wipers need immediate attention and nothing was said to me at the service center. I would have had them do my wipers. Now I have to have someone else do the wipers.. not sure why they didn't say anything. My opinion is that they forgot about my car....I do like this service center and have always received good service..so I guess everyone can have a bad day. More

Great service with David Dennis I brought my 2014 Sentra in to have my tire pressure sensing system adjusted, and for a new tire. David helped me get a price match on my tire, and d I brought my 2014 Sentra in to have my tire pressure sensing system adjusted, and for a new tire. He even arranged to have us picked up by Dennis in the courtesy van, as we were stuck at Dave and Buster's and it was starting to rain. Super service! More
Sarmento October Service The best service!!! I went in on a Saturday Morning with a screw in my tire and needed to have my oil change maintenance light reset! When I got in The best service!!! I met with a wonderful kind gentleman, but do not recall his name (I was a bit tired and it was 8:30ish in the morning)!!! I immediately told him that service forgot to reset the oil change maintenance light when my husband brought the car in for an oil change a couple of months ago, that I needed a new battery and that I ran over something with my new tire and just wanted it plugged! Ok he said we can take care of all of that, anything else? How is the car running, he asked, which I thought was really nice and through! I waited in the waiting room for about an hour, playing on my iPad, when he came back and told me we were all set! Reset the indicator, changed the battery and plugged the tire! I said how much do I owe and he said nothing you are all set! Wow my lucky day, great way to start the weekend!!! Thank you Kelly Nissan! More
Service is inbeatable! My car broke down on the way to work and I had it towed to Kelly Nissan. I am not a customer of theirs but it was the closest dealership. Was told it would take an hour.
