I brought my car to Kelly . i'm 86 yrs old and on a budget and I needed to be able to trust someone . I consider myself very lucky that Dylan G . was my service rep. right from the start he was very professional and sympathetic towards my car and financial problems . also he was correct in diagnosing my cars problems and I had my car back the very next day as he promised . once again Dylan great job and thanks for your honesty. Two hours for oil change with Appointment I made an appointment for 10 am on Saturday morning. I arrived at 9:45 and told there was an 1 hour 45 minutes wait. Beware !! I took my Nissan Murano because at 72k the car started but it did not want to move, they kept the car for over a week because they were having logisti I took my Nissan Murano because at 72k the car started but it did not want to move, they kept the car for over a week because they were having logistical issues, which all though disappointing I can understand. However once I got the car back my AC did not work and neither did my TP sensor, when I asked them about it they said oh the AC may have a leak because you hardly use it, and the sensor must be damaged, we will have to replace it. Strange how the AC and the TP sensor all of the sudden stopped working after a visit to the Kelley Nissan service Center More
