Unhappy:( I cannot believe a dashboard on my husband's Sentra had to be removed to fix the heating unit. Four hours of labor was a lot. Not fair. My husband called Nissan because whoever put his tires in the car did NOT put them in plastic. Therefore, the entire back seat if full of grease! The Nissan person who answered the call was rude. Great, quick service! The service there was great! I went to Nissan yesterday to have a couple of things fixed on my car. David helped me out in the service department. He made sure I was in and out quickly and helped out the best he could price wise. The mechanics did everything so fast and everyone there was friendly. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an automotive service center as I had with Dy Dylan Gallager at Kelly in Woburn is the best. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an automotive service center as I had with Dylan at Kelly. He was so helpful and genuinely cared about helping me with the issues I was having. I have been to Kelly twice in the past four months for two different issues and Dylan has been great both times. The work I needed on the second visit was expensive and he helped show me how to offset some of the costs and never made me feel as though I was being railroaded. I actually went back to Kelly the second time because of the fantastic service I got from Dylan the first time. Although my experience with Nissan corporate was far less than satisfying, my experience with Kelly was nothing but positive. The fact that I was offered a loaner car for the time my car was there was huge. I don't know what I'd have done without that. Everyone there is very nice, from the guys in the service center to the ladies at the desk. As long as I own my Nissan, I will continue to use Kelly for my service. I can't say enough how positive my experience was! More
Federal Emmisions Warranty Work Good warranty work on the catayltic converter covered under the federal emissions warranty but addt'l costly work on a replacement heat shield was don Good warranty work on the catayltic converter covered under the federal emissions warranty but addt'l costly work on a replacement heat shield was done without phone call or authorization, which i fought and got for free after battling with the service advisor. Management came over and Cliff explained he had failed to call for authorization, so the manager nicely took care of it right away. More

Based on where I purchased the car, lived, or worked in the greater Boston area I've been to I been driving different models of Nissan's since 2003. Based on where I purchased the car, lived, or worked in the greater Boston area I've been to about 5 different Nissan dealers for service. Kelly Nissan of Woburn has by far been the best. They been very accommodating in offering loaner cars, even made the technicians that have worked on my car or would be working on the car available to go over questions or issues in detail. I have been there 3 times over the last 6 months and I always left feeling very comfortable with the level of service I received. More
