Had trouble with low tire pressure and was taken care of. Brought car in and they fixed tire pressure in all tires and checked for leaks. Also got new windshield wipers. Lots of Service Work We had to bring in our Nissan Pathfinder because the windshield wipers stopped working and the gear shifter had started jamming; and we had a list of We had to bring in our Nissan Pathfinder because the windshield wipers stopped working and the gear shifter had started jamming; and we had a list of several other small things that needed to be addressed. Cliff was very friendly, but we found that we had to reach out to get information on several occasions. A part was on backorder with no estimates as to when it would be in stock, and we held on to our rental longer than our warranty would cover because of it. They did end up giving us a loaner vehicle to help us out. In the end, the service center was very friendly and they even worked with us on the bill, it was hefty after adding up all the items. We would likely return to the dealership but we would definitely hope for better communication about what was going on. More
