I went in to look at a used car because I was tired of fixing my 11 yr old car. I NEVER thought I could afford a new car. I had been searching online for sales for 2 months and just couldn't find what I wanted/needed. Mike worked with me, my sister and my father to find me the best deal. I left with a 2009 Nissan Versa 1.8S at a better price than my original quote for the 2007 Nissan Sentra. I purchased on 6/28/09, about 2 weeks later I received a call that they were having a promotion in July and wanted to extend it to a me for purchasing at the end of June. I resigned at a better interest rate - with no complaints on my end of course! When I did sign all the work, Karl, was awesome and was a no pressure sales man. Yes, I did add a remote start & an alarm. Awesome deal and felt no pressure to add anything I didn't need/want. NOTE: I only scored a 4 on customer service b/c I did have to wait over an hour to just sign paper work. This wait was only b/c they were busy with other customers & not b/c I was ignored. More

Went in looking for a good price on a new/used Rogue...I wanted any color except white or black, leather, with a moonroof. The salesman showed me a 2005 Murano with the same miles as my trade-in. No moonroof, no leather, it was black, the cupholders and seats were broken. Then he offered me a brand new rogue for my same car payment and after he talked to his finance guy he gave me a price of $50 more!!! I had to ask for the keys to my trade-in back....horrible More
The sales representatives did not pressure you when you were looking around the lot. They just simply left you alone until you came into the dealership.
