I previously leased from Ira Nissan (past 39 months)and I have been very pleased with the quality work, friendliness and knowledge of the service department, and especially Stephanie Swain. My lease was near its end and I was very pleased with the service I received from Ira salesman, Shawn Crowley, when I looked at cars to replace the one I had been leasing. Shawn helped me to get a great deal on a new 2009 Altima and arranged for the dealership to buy me out of my existing lease early and patiently worked with me while I tried to decide on which color Altima I wanted. When I went to pick up my new car, Shawn Crowley spent an extensive amount of time making sure I understood how to use all the new features on my new car before I left the show room, even programming my radio and bluetooth phone system for me. I feel that Shawn went above and beyond Ira's service standards in spending so much time with me as I am really technicologically challenged when it comes to understanding all these newfangled items they have on cars these days. Hats off to Shawn Crowley and Stephanie Swain at Ira Nissan, Woburn, Massachusetts. Keep up the great work. More

We stopped by on the way to the beach not expecting to buy only to see if they had Aramadas. We were looking to buy at some point. We met Phil and even though we had shorts on he took us for serious buye buy only to see if they had Aramadas. We were looking to buy at some point. We met Phil and even though we had shorts on he took us for serious buyers! We were impressed by the overall appearance of IRA Nissan-sales and service areas. Phil showed us a great Armada and spent time with us. We closed the sale in about 2 hrs. We were there until 1.5 hours after closing after meeting with the business manager. Phil was still there. I returned with payment the next day and Phil spent about 1.5 hours reviewing the CD and DVD functions with me. The next day we got very busy in the office and Phil called to check in with us to see how we were doing and when we would arrive to pick up our car. Once we got there, he spent lots of time going over all the features. In all, he must have spent 8 hours with us. It was a great buying experience! More
Words can't express the nightmare I went through with this dealership. My lease was up on my 06 Sentra and I had questions on what my options would be at the end of my lease. After multiple phone calls a this dealership. My lease was up on my 06 Sentra and I had questions on what my options would be at the end of my lease. After multiple phone calls and visits none of my questions were answered, and to make matters worse their story would change with each visit. First it went from, "No problem, just bring the car to us if you want to buy it outright and we can push the paperwork through", to, "Actually it looks like the car will have to sit on the lot for 2-3 weeks until the title switches over, and no we can't pay for you to have a rental car while you wait" to, "actually it looks like it will be closer to 7-10 weeks since we are having issues with getting the title" to, "actually Nissan no longer offers lease buyouts on cars since it is too much of a headache for us." This is with a written contract in my hand stating my buyout price and options at the end of my lease. They blatantly lied to my face at every turn, and were EXTREMELY rude to boot. Please stay away from this dealership at all costs. I know I'm not the only person that has run into similiar issues, and when it comes time to end your lease/purchased car for another vehicle or service, you will end up regretting ever stepping foot in the door of this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go to another authorized Nissan dealer not affiliated with Ira. I recommend Colonial Nissan of Medford. They were truthful up front and jumped through hoops to have every issue resolved for me within hours. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IRA NISSAN WOBURN!! More
shawn crowley, was great. he was very pleasant and had a lot of knowledge on vehicle i looking at (versa) aswell as the brand "nissan". We called IRA and they said they had the car that I wanted - a black Nissan Maxima. They set up an appointment for us to come in that Saturday. We were greeted and Phil Failahi was our salesperson.
