Upon walking into the dealership I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner. Len was very patient and listened to what I was looking for in a car. He arranged some test drives and let me know about a good deal going on that included a tax credit. His suggestion was genuine and not pushy. After thinking about it, I test drove the Altima Hybrid - the car that he suggested, and liked it along with another car. Upon narrowing down selection of vehicles to purchase, both Len and Jose were patient and helped me explore all of my finance options with the vehicles I was looking at. They helped me understand what features I wanted and which ones I really did not need. I was surprised at this because I thought they would try to sell me the most expensive car with the most expensive options. It really felt like they were looking out for me and what would fit in my price range. The sales experience was also superior. Len and Jose were very knowledgeable about my car and the products offered. Len spent a significant amount of time teaching me how to use my new car and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The next time I am in the market for a new car, Ira Nissan will be the first dealership that I go to. More

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Ira Nissan of Woburn in Ma. I originally wasn't going to buy anything until I dealt with Scott. On Sunday afternoon, all I wanted to do was test drive the Xterra a Woburn in Ma. I originally wasn't going to buy anything until I dealt with Scott. On Sunday afternoon, all I wanted to do was test drive the Xterra and the Pathfinder to find out which vehicle I liked the best. Scott was the first sales rep we saw inside and he asked us, my boyfriend and me, to take a seat while he got some paperwork. We were instantly under the impression that Scott was getting ready to dump his sales tactic on us; we were very worng. Scott actually took the time to sit down with us and ask me specifcally what I liked in a vehicle and why I was choosing a SUV. I gave all of my reasons and he recommended the Nissan Murano. It was way out of my price range, so Scott agreed that we should take a look at the Xterra first and then the Pathfinder. Afer test driving both vehicles, I did not prefer either of them. He had a used Murano on the lot and asked if I would be willing to take that for a test drive. Once I got in a drove 100 yards, I was sold. He had me take it on the highway just to see the power is had. I was amazed at the quality of the Murano. As I said, the Murano was way out of my price range, but Scott worked with the Finance Manager for me to lease instead of own. The numbers worked and I am a proud leasee of a beautiful Murano. Scott was a fantastic Sales Associate! He was never pushy and NEVER tried the car sales tactics on us. He was personable and acted more like a friend through the experience. A lot of sales reps have the mentality of either buy the car now or leave and stop wasting my time. At no point was Scott like that with me. He took his time through the whole process and gave me his undivided attention. (4 hours in the dealership) If there were more sales reps like Scott, I think the auto industry might be in better shape. He was exceptional! Jose was my Business Manager that handled my paperwork the next morning. He was friendly and had wonderful customer service. He explained every additional option to me and made sure that I understood. My time with Jose was brief, but he was quick and thorough which is the best way to be when someone is in the home stretch of buying a vehicle. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, Scott showed me how everything worked and really showed as much enthusiasm as I did for my new purchase. It really shows me that Scott has passion when it comes to custommer service and really takes pride in his job. At the end of my visit, Hank came a shook my hand for puprchasing my Murano with their location. He even extended his service should I ever need help. You have a great bunch of people over at Ira Nissan of Woburn and they should definitely be rewarded for their customer service and stellar personalities. More

I appreciated the fact that after the initial showroom visit, Belo, Willy and Steve were very willing to work with me by email and telephone. The process went smoothly , no problems. Everything met my expectations. The vehicle was ready when I was told with me and my sales consultant was very helpful reviewing the car with me. Very pleased with the overall experience of buying my 2009 Altima Hybrid from Ira Nissan. The salesman, Shawn Crowley, was easy to work with, and even drove 25 miles to pick up a check I'd been unable to 2009 Altima Hybrid from Ira Nissan. The salesman, Shawn Crowley, was easy to work with, and even drove 25 miles to pick up a check I'd been unable to get to the dealer in order to get my car on time. He took a lot of time to show us around the dealership and more important, made sure we understood every feature of the vehicle , both at test drive and when we picked up the vehicle. My wife came along just at the pick up, and Shawn took more than a half hour to give her a complete tutorial on the car (with way more patience that I could probably have had...). Shawn communicated just enough -- several calls in to make sure my questions were answered, and he listened to my concerns and issues, and made the deal happen without agony. The car was very clean and nicely prepped for delivery. As we were getting ready to drive off, Shawn suggested I drop him an email letting him know how the mileage works out with the hybrid's first couple tanks of gas, and seemed to mean it. He's a very nice guy, patient and persistently helpful. The price I got on my Altima was excellent, and negotiations were straightforward and good natured as they can be. It's a large and exotic new dealership (been in this location just a couple of years), but the people were very helpful...very much a "full service" buying experience with a lot of attention to detail. I would recommend it to anyone shopping for a Nissan vehicle. More
