Its nice to see a dealership where you aren't stressed out after you leave. My entire purchase was stress free. Phis is great. After I purchased my car, we sat for at least 20 minutes so I could le out after you leave. My entire purchase was stress free. Phis is great. After I purchased my car, we sat for at least 20 minutes so I could learn all the new gadgets. I'm confident I can call and get further help if I need. More
This is my 4th Nissan (3rd Altima). I knew I'd be looking to buy this Spring but was in for an oil and battery change last week. While I was waiting, I asked to speak with someone to ask a few quest looking to buy this Spring but was in for an oil and battery change last week. While I was waiting, I asked to speak with someone to ask a few questions and one thing led to another and by week's end I had my newest car :) I test drove a car that day with Phil and took my dad back the next day, when I then drove the car and another style, for comparison. By the third day, my husband was free to go in and I had the car shortly thereafter. This is my first time buying from this location but I do get my servicing done there and the location is perfect, so I am really happy. I was also really impressed that Phil offered help with answering questions about all the "gadgety" things inside the car at anytime I needed it. Sometimes questions come later! *** Just a side note ***I love the TV/coffee waiting area. It makes it comfortable while waiting. ~Laura More
We had an excellent experience with Ira Nissan of Woburn (after a bad one at the local competition in lynnfield!) I feel that we got the car i wanted for the best price possible. I also feel that both Dave (after a bad one at the local competition in lynnfield!) I feel that we got the car i wanted for the best price possible. I also feel that both Dave and Willy were patient and respectful and wantedto work out a deal that we could all be happy with. I picked up my new nissan murano yesterday and again the experience was great... dave and shaun spent close to 2 hours with me making sure i understood how to use my new vehicle. i would recommend ira nissan in a heartbeat! We did not intend on purchasing a new vehicle when we walked into Ira Nissan in Woburn this past weekend. We simply intended on browsing the market with the thought of returning to the Toyota dealership walked into Ira Nissan in Woburn this past weekend. We simply intended on browsing the market with the thought of returning to the Toyota dealership to purchase a Camry (since we owned three Toyotas previously). However, we met David Ruf - he took the time to introduce us to the Nissan line - and ultimately to the Altima S (with SL package). David was most courteous, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. He convinced us it was the car for us - he took the time to listen to our "needs and wants" and then helped narrow that down to the car we chose. Even after the sale was finalized and we returned to pick the car up the following day, David was meticulous in his delivery of the facts - he would not let us leave the dealership until we were completely comfortable with every knob, switch and detail inside the car. He was most helpful. We would recommend David Ruf very highly if you are in the market for a new car. More
1) Customer Service: Willy Moy had my new Versa on time, as he'd promised.I did not have to wait around. The team had their act together. They performed some tasks for me that I would have ordinarily had to as he'd promised.I did not have to wait around. The team had their act together. They performed some tasks for me that I would have ordinarily had to do such as the inspection sticker. 2) Everyone was more than cordial, Phil was gracious, patient (since I'm a senior.) 3) They were attentive to detail:inspection sticker, saving my old floormats etc. 4) Price excellent, Hank,in financing didn't push the extras, which I much appreciate. My wife shopped at two different Nissan locations, Woburn and Lynnfield. The staff at Woburn were courteous, respectful and professional. We walked away from this experience with a new vehicle and a dealer and Lynnfield. The staff at Woburn were courteous, respectful and professional. We walked away from this experience with a new vehicle and a dealership that we would be comfortable recommending to our family and friends. We believe that you either know how to treat people or you don't. Woburn certainly does. Many thanks. More
I went to Ira to buy a new 2010 Nissan Altima. I went to the website first and found a deal on an altima sedan. The deal said I would get a new altima for $18,990 and 1.9% APR. So we went to the dealership the website first and found a deal on an altima sedan. The deal said I would get a new altima for $18,990 and 1.9% APR. So we went to the dealership and told them about the deal. Belo the sales rep told us that the deal was good on one specific altima. He showed us the Altima. We did not like it because it was a maroon color. We were looking for black or dark slate. We told him we seen a car on the lot that was black for the same exact price and asked if he could do the deal on that one. So he said he would talk to his manager and they said they would do the deal. We wanted the car for 18,990 with 1.9% APR. They would not do this. It was either 19,990 with 1.9% interest or 18,990 with 8.05%. So we decided to go with the first option. They took my Toyota Camry for only 1,000 dollars and tried to make it seem that the price was now 18,990. Well yea that was because they took the Camry for barely any money. The camry was definitely worth 2,000. But other than the trade in we did get a good deal on a new nissan that just landed on the dealership not even 4 hours before we got there. I have no regrets buying the altima. I love it. If you are looking for a mid size sedan for a good price go to Nissan. The altima is one of the best sedans out there. In my opinion it is better than the Camry or Accord. Would I shop for a car there in the future? Most likely. More
I have had spotty service from this dealership, but it's hours were OK and I just wanted a car inspection and oil change. No biggie. I dropped it off for an appointment scheduled for "first thing on Satur hours were OK and I just wanted a car inspection and oil change. No biggie. I dropped it off for an appointment scheduled for "first thing on Saturday" and was told they would call when it was done. Noon comes and goes and no call. I called and was told that all the mechanics were "at lunch" (which is understandable) and they would get it right after they came back. The dealership closes at 4 on Saturday. I wait until 3:45 and I *still* haven't heard from them. I give them *another* call and finally reach someone who says basically, "Oh yeah, your car failed inspection. It will need about $1000 worth of work but we're about to close. We can keep it until Monday." Ummm hello? You couldn't have told me in the morning WHEN THE CAR WAS SCHEDULED TO BE LOOKED AT?!!! The manager tells me he would talk to someone Monday morning and call me first thing. It's 11 AM now on Monday, but haven't had a call yet. I called and left a message with the manager but apparently he has more important things to do than keep promises. I don't mind that the car needs a lot of work. It has over 140K on it so that was expected. However, would it kill you to talk to your customer without the customer having to chase you down? More
I had an incredibly positive experience at Ira Nissan of Woburn. Matt worked very hard at accommodating me and making sure I got the exact car that I wanted and at the right price. He really went above an Woburn. Matt worked very hard at accommodating me and making sure I got the exact car that I wanted and at the right price. He really went above and beyond. Matt made a normally stressful experience, easy and enjoyable. I was definitely satisfied with the service I received at Ira Nissan and look forward to doing business there again in the future. More
I scheduled maintenance for my old Altima on Wed. I wanted the regular scheduled maintenance to be performed and to investigate a "check engine" light that periodically turns on and off. I dropped the wanted the regular scheduled maintenance to be performed and to investigate a "check engine" light that periodically turns on and off. I dropped the car off on Thr night. On Friday morning, I received a call from Stephanie stating that the maintenance charge would be $350. I told her that I appreciate the call and to give me a call once the technician diagnoses the service light. She called back two hours later stating that the amount of work that's need to be performed on the car is greater than the cars worth. I told her that I'll talk to a sales rep regarding the purchase of a new Maxima then. She told me that they already started the maintenance work (even though I didn't approve it). Since I understood how there could have been a miscommunication, I agreed to the $350 charge (even though it really wasn't my fault! I was being really nice). When I arrived at the dealership, the bill was for $450. I disputed the $100 difference. Stephanie insisted that I should have known that there was an additional $100 charge to investigate the light when I made the appointment. I made the appointment with her and I told her that she never discussed this charge in the 3 times that we spoke. She then told me that it was in the email confirmation that they send. Since I had my iphone with me, I showed her the email and how there was no reference to this charge. She accused my of lying and that I should have known there would have been a $100 charge because "they need to get paid too". I told her that the charge is excessive and I don't appreciate being treated like this, particularly when I'm in the building looking for a new car. She then "adjusted" the $100 charge by $50. She said that if I was smart enough to look at the web site, I would have realized that they had a $50 coupon. She applied the $50 coupon to be "nice" and then walked away. I was furious and told her that I'm not going to purchase a new vehicle from her after the way she treated me. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. They lost a $35k sale from me. Hopefully they'll also lose a sale from everyone who reads this review! Stephanie needs to be fired. She's an assistant manager in the service department. If this is the quality of their management, then EVERYONE needs to stay away from this dealership. There's lots of options out there (Norwood, Clay in Newton, etc). Don't waste your time at Ira Nissan in Woburn! More
