I had a serious issue with the right rear control arm while driving my Altima on the local interstate highway. When I explained the situation to Tracy Albertson she immediately looked to see if there wa while driving my Altima on the local interstate highway. When I explained the situation to Tracy Albertson she immediately looked to see if there was a recall on it, which there was. She then set me up for an appointment for as soon as I could get towed into Kelly's Service Center. My car was repaired by EOD so I didn't have to lose any more time from work because I was without a vehicle, which was great. I had a similar experience less than 2 months earlier with the left rear control arm when I was traveling back from vacation. I had to get repaired 60 miles from home at a national tire center and it took them a week to complete. Kudos to Tracy and the Kelly service team for such a great job. More
