Friendly but horrible service I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. Everything was great, I know people who have bought cars here and have had good e I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. Everything was great, I know people who have bought cars here and have had good experiences. .. But not a week later I started having problems with my vehicle. I had to return 4 times to have the same problem fixed. They also damaged my car. The manager treated me like a child and talked down to me and also about the car THEY SOLD ME. Sure, they are friendly, but don't expect them to wll you when you have an issue. More

Professional and Made you Feel Welcome Everyone was very friendly. My service rep reviewed everything with me in regards to what I needed done that day (in addition to my oil change). Larry always updates me on the progress of my service. I usually take my vehicle to a private shop as soon as it's out of warranty but I'm so happy with Kelly Nissan that I continue to come here for service. I hope to purchase a new vehicle from them in the near future. More

Larry Hughes Dear Kelly Nissan, I had a battery failure in my Nissan Altma. The battery was four months old, but my Nissan is a 1998. We have had a bitter winter Dear Kelly Nissan, I had a battery failure in my Nissan Altma. The battery was four months old, but my Nissan is a 1998. We have had a bitter winter and to be honest I did not drive everyday, my husband drove his car most of the time. But every day I did make it a point to start the car. I called Larry Hughes and asked him if I could have the car towed to the dealership, he said yes. The problem was resolved. I have always had Larry Hughes as my service consultant, and every time we need service, or if a problem should come up I know it will be resolved. Larry will take care of it. I want you to know that he and your staff at Kelly Nissan are very special people. They take the time to make sure the problem is resolved. You need to know that Larry is the best service consultant I have ever had. It is a pleasure to know a man who is dedicated to his job. World Class Service, and I didn't even buy from them! Wow, where to begin... My 2005 VW Passat basically blew up on me, I was still paying on it, and the short estimate I got from Faulker-Ciocca VW was mo Wow, where to begin... My 2005 VW Passat basically blew up on me, I was still paying on it, and the short estimate I got from Faulker-Ciocca VW was more than what the car was worth. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Nissan Sentra from FC-VW since they were willing to "help" me on price (my wife had just lost her job as well - fun times). I drove the car for less than 200 miles (still under 40,000 - 1 owner), and all of a sudden it stopped starting in the morning. I had to literally BEG and PLEAD and in some instances get down right rude with FC-VW in order for them to even try to help.. talk about shady dealers... I finally got them to change the battery in the car since it was still the factory battery, and the problem was not resolved. Since then, all they wanted to do is charge me. Feeling defeated, I decided to look to an actual Nissan dealer since FC-VW clearly has no idea how to service a vehicle that won't start. I was told to check out Kelly Nissan of RT 33, and I can't say enough great things about them. They not only serviced my car, but they gave me a FREE LOANER CAR to drive so I could make it to work! FC-VW said "we don't do that" or some sort of garbage like that.. Kelly Nissan had my car for two weeks, which I was OK with since I had a vehicle to drive around in for errands and work - did I mention it was a 2015 with less than 300 miles on it?! UNHEARD OF! They were consistently keeping me in the loop and making sure I was informed every step of the way. They were the friendliest, most up front, honest, people I have ever worked with. Dan Carcione especially went above and beyond for me in ways I can't even describe - these guys REALLY KNOW CUSTOMER SERvICE! I will MOST DEFINITELY be purchasing a car from them when the time comes. The detailed service reports were awesome too, I've never gotten something with such detail from a dealer... The battery, it turns out, the FC-VW put in was almost 200 Cold-Crank Amps lower than the car required - Oh, and all of the stickers were scratched off that would have that information. The battery was purchased Jan 2015 - so as you can see they clearly tried to just get me in, and out at FC-VW, I could go on, and on, about my horrible experience at FC-VW but I'd rather focus on the AWESOME EXPERIENCE that Kelly Nissan of RT33 provided. Now that I'm all jumbled up, and danced around with bashing one dealer, and praising another, all I can say is Kelly Nissan is the way to go, love these guys, and everything then do. GO TEAM KELLY!
