Rich is the Man I trust Like some people, I was initially skeptical about utilizing the dealership service department. However, after my very first encounter with Mr. Rich Engleman several years ago, I am a changed man and a true believer in his service department. Rich is the main reason I keep returning to the Kelly Nissan service dept. I trust his opinion and all the information he shares. I truly believe he cares about not just my car, but myself and my family. I feel very fortunate to have found a man such as him and I hope he stays there indefinitely. As long as Rich is there, I will always keep returning there for all my service needs. Consistantly reliable, trustworthy and downright neighborly! My experience at Kelly Nissan has always been exceptional. I have been a Service customer at this dealership for over ten years and have NEVER ONCE f My experience at Kelly Nissan has always been exceptional. I have been a Service customer at this dealership for over ten years and have NEVER ONCE felt like I needed a shower after dealing with their team of experts... I can't say that for many other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. Their Service Director, Jon Miller, runs a clean, tight ship and is ALWAYS willing to work within my budget. My preferred Service Advisor, Larry Hughes, is a wonderfully pleasant and knowledgeable guy, who literally goes out of his way to please his customers by putting himself in their shoes. Larry is consistently able to maintain a perfect balance between getting all necessary repairs done right and working with the needs of his clients. Plus, the mechanics always do fantastic work. I HIGHLY recommend the Service Department of Kelly Nissan on Route 33 in Easton, PA. More

Great service I had to take my car in for a factory recall. I had never been there for service on my car. They gave me an appointment, told me how long it should ta I had to take my car in for a factory recall. I had never been there for service on my car. They gave me an appointment, told me how long it should take. I went there mentally prepared to be there twice as long. They took my car in right away, did free checks on tire alignment, tires etc. My car was done in less time, including an oil change I requested when I got there. Larry, the tech and everyone I dealt with were friendly, professional and courteous. I wiwould not hesitate to go back there or recommend it to anyone else. A far cry from the last time I went to a dealer and was there over two hours for something I was told would take ten minutes. They even gave my car a "bath". Awesome experience :-) More
