Kelly Nissan of Route 33 responded

Unfortunately Kelly Nissan has not seen this customers vehicle in over 3 years and 45,000 miles for any repairs or maintenance. We agree it would be very unusual for a head gasket failure again on this vehicle. The manufactures warranty expired approximately 2 years and 27,000 miles ago. We invited the customer to come in for a diagnosis but she declined and stated she would continue to work with her independent repair facility. We also furnished the customer assistance line of N.N.A. for review of her situation. Thank you Jon Miller Parts and Service Director 610-258-8600 x 630
