I purchased a 2008 Acura RDX from Kelly Nissan. Gary Graff & Dave Lipki were fabulous to deal with. I could not be happier with the vehicle! Rich was the perfect sales associate. His very pressure free environment he created was great for me. He was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and never tried to push the sale. Having decided to buy at lunch time for all the bank underwriters, the staff at Kelly were accommodating, friendly and all had great senses of humor at my situation- which to me was comforting. Shop around the Lehigh Valley, but do yourself, your sanity and your wallet a favor and actually buy from the folks at Kelly and ask for Rich. More
I liked the dealership because they worked well with what I wanted. They got me the car I wanted with the criteria I asked for. The only thing I was a little upset about was, they said they would call my insurance agency to change it over and he did not. I had to do it and it was late on a Friday nite and my insurance agency is not open on the weekend so I drove without insurance on the new car for the weekend. More
I have driven a Nissan for the past 8 years, but it was time for a new one. I knew that I wanted another Nissan because they are great cars. I had previously dealt with the Kelly dealership for service o time for a new one. I knew that I wanted another Nissan because they are great cars. I had previously dealt with the Kelly dealership for service on my Altima. I knew that is where I wanted to look for a new car. From the very beginning Jose was very accommodating. I wasn't sure exactly which car I wanted and he worked with me for quite some time. Overall, I would say my experience at Kelly was fantastic and I love my new car!!! More
After deciding it was a good time for us to purchase a newer vehicle, my wife was "gently nudging" me to go out to the dealerships and look. She wanted to try a small or mid sized SUV and liked the looks of the Hyundai Tucson. The vehicle was nice but the high pressure sales experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I convinced her to go to Kelly Nissan because we had very good dealings with Saturn of Rt 33 and the same sales people were there. When we got there I was able to remember Rich Vasvari's name through the friendly mailings we received over the years. After test driving three different vehicles my wife realized she was more suited to driving a car. We purchase a certified pre-owned Nissan Altima, and she loves it. We cannot say enough good things on how we were treated and how nice the new facility is. Thanks again, Ray Grasso More

He then turned me over to Mike in financing. He went thru all the additional "warranties" that were available. He was also very thorough. He reviewed the different financing options that were available and helped me chose the best one. I have to say this was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I will whole-heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen to me!! Rob and Mike made my new car buying experience pleasurable & painless. Matt Kelly was an awesome salesman! He was very personable and made you feel comfortable through the whole purchasing experience. I would definately recommend working with him to purchase a new vehical. Michael Salvati was terrific and sealed the deal for us quickly with financing. He is also exceptional personable and explained all aspects of the loan and guarantee. He worked out better terms then what I expected. Bravo to Kelly Nissian for having such an awesome staff !! More
I purchased a used 2003 Nissan 350Z from Kelly Nissan on 5/27/2010. We finalized paperwork at 10:30pm Thursday night and I was given the keys to drive it home. When I began my journey home, I noticed the ca 5/27/2010. We finalized paperwork at 10:30pm Thursday night and I was given the keys to drive it home. When I began my journey home, I noticed the car would lose power when the accelerator pedal was depressed. No warning lights appeared, but something was definitely wrong. I called service the next day and they offered to look at the vehicle that evening. When I arrived, the service manager said it would be a few minutes for the inspection, and offered me a beverage. About 45 minutes later he invited me into his office. He explained they ran a diagnostic test on it, and nothing appeared to be wrong. When I asked him if he drove the vehicle, he said "yes," it drives great. I disagreed, and argued about the malfunctioning. He then invited me for a ride. I drove the car off the lot and depressed the accelerator. The car sped up and then decelerated. It was an obvious malfunction. The service manager admitted that something was wrong, but blamed my original complaint on not being descriptive enough. At this point, they asked me to take the car home and bring it back for additional investigation. The car has been sitting in service since 5/28/2010. I have had little communication with service, and the communication has been primarily initiated by me. I've had to call every day for updates. The last update I received was on 6/3/2010. At this point they thought it could be the ABS controller. I called my sales representative last night Monday (06/07/2010) and demanded my money back for the car. I told him I no longer had faith in his dealership or confidence in his service department. It's now 11:00am Tuesday (06/08/2010) and I have still yet to hear from the GM. I am disgusted with the service and the lack of respect this dealership has given me. I highly recommend not purchasing from Kelly Nissan. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. UPDATE: One Tuesday evening (06/08/2010)the GM finally called me. After much conversation about the situation, we came to an agreement that if the car could not be fixed by Wednesday (06/09/10) they would reverse the deal and give me my old car back. On Wednesday at 3:30 pm the Service Manager called and told me they were undable to fix the 350z. That evening I went down and picked up my old car. What a shame. I understand that this dealer has a good reputation, but even good reputations go bad when customers are treated like this. Shop around before you stop at Kelly, and remember this story before you decide to do business with them. More

I went to other Nissan dealers in Doylestown and Montgomeryville to compare prices. Jerry Yenger called me the following day to see if I was still interested. After telling him about the other dealers he asked me what it would take to purchase from Kelly Nissan. He worked the price to where I was happy and then got me the price I researched for my trade. I have purchased from many other dealers before, but this was the most relaxing and stress free experience I have had buying a truck. Even when I showed them a very low rate I got from a bank the Finance Manager Michael Salavati worked it even lower! I got the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted with a great finance rate! Really can’t ask for more. More
