Lousy service experience I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did their best to upsell me with a variety of services. They would not honor a coupon from another dealership which covered both the oil change and tire rotation for $24.95(which I somewhat understand), but would not even entertain the prospect of the discounting the service not covered by the competitors coupon (in this case tire rotation). I feel that they were dishonest and tried to sell me on additional services. Needless to say, I will never use them again More

Second time rrcently it was entered wrong ( hopefully) I took their word for it and got a $10.00 credit. More

Worst customer service I needed a warranty canceled, which took over 2 weeks, being forgotten on hold and waiting over an hour, and being laughed at my face when I called hi I needed a warranty canceled, which took over 2 weeks, being forgotten on hold and waiting over an hour, and being laughed at my face when I called him back.
