The Salesman and finance individual were excellent they knew what we wanted and how much of a monthly payment we wer I purchased a 2015 Rogue 10/12.. The Salesman and finance individual were excellent they knew what we wanted and how much of a monthly payment we were looking for. They stayed within those boundaries. I returned 10/14 to pick up my paperwork and have a remote starter installed and inspection sticker. The service was great everybody I came in contact with was polite and helpful. More

There is never any sales pressure even in the service department. They often find other things wrong with my vehicle, different than what I came in for originally, and they always educate me on the parts or job, and then ask what I would like to do about additional repairs. Service is prompt, the office runs efficiently, and customers in the waiting area are always quiet and content being there. I always wait to have my car serviced, and I have never heard anyone complain about a long wait or bad performance by technicians. The facility is clean and pleasant.....harmonious atmosphere. No nonsense, but always a goal of pleasing the customer. A+ for effort and follow-through. More

More wrong than right In the past few years I have given this dealer a chance to do diagnose my truck when ever I experience issues with it. So far they have been more wro In the past few years I have given this dealer a chance to do diagnose my truck when ever I experience issues with it. So far they have been more wrong than right. Most recent experience was my check engine light came on. Took it dealer and they say vapor leak in gas tank. Cost is about $1,000 or so. I googled the code that came up on the check engine light that the dealer told me and per google it says you might need a new gas cap. replace gas cap for $10 and check engine light went away. I will just have dealer stick to oil chances going forward. More
