I was very disappointed with my experience at Kelly Lynnfield! I had to walk away because of my salesman named Howard. I found him to be very belittling and unfriendly! My experience buying a used truck was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had thanks to Mike Sullivan. Mike immediately made me feel at ease the minute he introduced himself. He shared all the information he had on the vehicle and explained the price and all other related fees and he did it in a very efficient and timely manner. Mike was always available by phone keeping me informed about when the truck would be ready for pick up. Mike made sure the truck was in the best condition upon pick up which included new brakes and four new tires after the price had been set without those additional costs - a big thank you to Kelly Nissan Dealership of Lynnfield, MA for that too! I cannot say enough about the quality of professionalism I experienced at Kelly Nissan. Mike Sullivan is an asset to that dealership. Thank you Mike for the service you provided....Great Job! I had problems with my 08 Nissan altima. I went to Kelly Nissan of lynnfield and Joe Tewksbury was the one who got me in and out without emptying my wallet or keeping me there all day. Since then, this deal Nissan of lynnfield and Joe Tewksbury was the one who got me in and out without emptying my wallet or keeping me there all day. Since then, this dealership is the only place I will go. Joe immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was freaking out. When you buy a car from Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield, you are also buying peace of mind. I had the most wonderful car buying experience here. The staff is so friendly and personable and you dont get that "pushy car salesman" vibe. They were able to suit me with my dream car, a Nissan Murano. I was able to get a price that met my budget and with that was also able to purchase an extended warrenty. I test drove with Abed who was nothing less than polite, and with Steve Vitale-another friendly and personable guy who was able to work the numbers to fit my budget as well as with their finance manager who also got me a great interest rate. Since my purchase last year I have returned for car maintenance and a few minor repairs and the service team is just as great to work and deal with as the sales staff. You really get the feeling that the Kelly Nissan Team is more of a family, and you get treated as such. I will be a forever customer with Kelly Nissan. More
