This is the second car I have purchased at Kelly Mitsubishi and the second time I have dealt with Norris. He is honest, friendly and so easy to work with it doesn't feel like work at all. When he gives you the bottom line, you get the feeling he has done everything humanly possible to get you the most for your hard-earned dollars. I had been looking for a car for some time, and I had brought a friend of mine who disliked car dealers and walked away from almost all of them and walked off lots due to there pushiness. But when we came to Kelly used car lot in Emmaus, he did nothing of the sort, Norris came up to us and asked us what we were looking for, and we responded "just looking", he backed off and let us look but was never more then just a wave away. As we found the car we wanted he helped us with the price was overly kind (change of address, faxes,phone calls, insurance etc) and helpful along with Sandy who did the paperwork. They were overly helpful and even called me back with a few questions I had after I had already signed the papers and was expected not to return, they still were helping me. More

Upon arriving at the dealership Norris was very helpful. We knew what we wanted and Norris had the exact car we were looking for. We made the purchase with no problems. We found some scratches on the car and Norris scheduled an appointment for them to be removed. He even dropped my daughters at the mall while it was being worked on! And we didn't know it but, he came in on his day off, to make sure it got taken care of. He certainly went above and beyond. We also enjoyed working with Sandy. She is very knowledgable and very good at preparing all the paperwork and taking care of all the details. We would certainly buy another car from Kelly and Norris. More

I have been buying cars new and used from Kelly since the first time I did business there back in 2004. I honestly don't think there is more of a "team" of people that actually work to genuinely make sure yo first time I did business there back in 2004. From the salesman to the sales manager, to Sandy Smith in financing, to the General Manager to the owners, they all proved to be genuine in only having me buy whatI will be happy with. From 2004 until today, they have been consistent with this kind of service. I am glad I went back because all was the same. I actually consider Tom Carey a dear friend as well as Bill and Norris. Oh, I can't leave out Gordon, the old fashioned "Gentleman" of a salesman. Can't find a guy like that at a dealership anymore! Today I bought my 16 year old son's first car and I immediately went to Kelly first and met with Norris. He knows that I am the kind of buyer who insists on having what I have determined to be the best car for my situation. When he didn't have one the first day, he tried finding one that we would be happy with and reached out to all the Kelly dealerships. If you know anything about buying a used car you will like and have confidence in for around 6-7 thousand dollars, you know it is not an easy find! After several weeks, I got a call from Tom Carey about a recent one owner trade in that fit what were were looking for. We went down to see it and the first thing I said was "The only thing I don't like about it is it looks better than mine". I drove it and it drove as great as expected (after hearing about the history of the car from Tom and Norris and confirming it all with a carfax). A minor problem arose during the test ride and without hesitation they fixed if and kept the price the same! This is why I always go back and ALWAYS am comfortable in recommending Kelly! Thanks guys! My satisfaction was number one priority. I felt good about dealing with them.
