I was at Kelly today and would absolutely recommend it to anyone I know. Matt [Barklage] greeted us almost immediately as we started looking. He spoke with us about what features I was looking for in a car and was able to give me options that would fit my price range and still offer what I wanted. He was very patient as I flip-flopped about which cars I was truly interested in and we test drove a couple before finding the one that I knew I wanted. Unfortunately for me, It was a bit out of my price range. Matt went to bat for me and really worked magic on the price for me. I was convinced that the Mitsubishi Lancer I wanted was just too out of my range but Matt kept it up until he made it work. He was very patient with me as I made my final decision, which was not easy. Sandy then took great care of me while getting the loans worked out. She knew I was nervous and put me at ease. By the time the paperwork was all done, my newly detailed car was waiting for me and Matt and Norris gave me some technical pointers on the features I was not used to in the car. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and would absolutely go back! Thank you to the whole team at Kelly (Especially Matt and Sandy) who really made this experience a great one!! More

My husband was looking to purchase his first car in the states. We are a newly married couple and this would have been our first investment together so of course we needed to choose wisely. We initially stopped by Kelly Mitsubishi because my family is a proud owner of 2 Mitsubishi cars from this lot, so we thought we would give it a shot. From the very moment we stepped foot on the lot, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Mr. Kelly himself, who was genuinely interested in hearing our story and was more than willing to work with us. He then introduced us to Troy, which we are very glad to have been set up with him as our salesman! Troy is not the typical "pushy" salesman, he gave us room to check out the cars while putting in his input as he has been with this dealership for 10+years! Because we are new to this game, we were careful in trusting any salesman because we didn't want to be taken advantage of. There were a few minor problems with the used car we were looking at, but Troy went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect before and even after the sale. At Kelly, everyone is down to earth and treats you like a true customer as opposed to just another sale. As for Sandy, the Finance Manager...we couldn't be luckier to work with someone whos heart and drive is for each of her customers. She was really devoted to make sure we got the best deal possible. Without Sandy, we wouldn't be in this position at all! In general, our experience at Kelly Mitsubishi was an A+! We will definitely be back for another purchase as this dealership and the people that work in it have truly made an impact on our lives! What a great team of people at Kelly Mitsubishi. From the service department to sales and finance, Kelly has a fantastic group of professionals who have made my last five years of Mitsu Lancer ownership as g service department to sales and finance, Kelly has a fantastic group of professionals who have made my last five years of Mitsu Lancer ownership as great as it could possibly have been. But on Tuesday June 22 (two days ago), Norris and Sandy together have made a Kelly believer out of me again. I asked Norris to arrange for my trading my '05 Lancer for a new 2010 "superfeatured" Lancer with no money down, keeping monthly payment the same, and no double talk or "sales pitch" diversions. Norris did what I asked for, Sandy gave me the best financial options available, and the whole experience was just plain great. It was like going back to visit old friends (they were my sales & finance people back in '05 as well!!) and having them take care of me as though we indeed were friends.
