This is now the fourth car we have bought from Norris at the Kelly dealership in emmaus. Even though his success has grown, he never makes you feel like any deal is not worth one hundred percent of his tim the Kelly dealership in emmaus. He remembers the details of past transactions and has the knowledge to allow you to make the decision to go to the next level without being pushy. The last car I bought from him I put 60,000 miles on in 2.5 years, it had about 38,000 on it, and I never even had to use the warranty (mitsubishi endeavour suv). He is just a funny, great guy who doesn't hide that he wants to sell you a car, but is willing to actually find what will fit your personality, budget and needs as opposed to just trying to get you to buy the car that he wants to sell you. Sandy in the office is always extremely helpful and does a great job of explaining all the warranty info as well. This dealership has many of the same faces over the years. The value for my trade and the price on this car was extremely fair and as always they detailed it beautifully. Norris said this is the deal of the century....I agree and was happy to have my sunroof open on the way home! More

The sales person, Jay, was new and made me feel like I was wasting my time. We would ask a question but he didnt seem to have the answer right away. Steve valued us as customers and worked with us when we had a misunderstanding with a trade-in. He also found the car when they didnt have it in stock. Even though this vehicle had two extra options that cost more, he subtracted the difference. Sandy in finance was very helpful and knew her stuff with extra warranties and protection packages. She didnt pressure us to buy but she showed us the benefit and what the difference in monthly payment was. I told her I was a college student and couldnt afford certain things and she worked with me to get a package that would fit my budget. The sales transaction was smooth and quick. In my overall experience, I rank them 8 out of 10. More

From the minute we walked-up, Tom was at our service. We explained what we were looking for and he immediately showed us what they had that met our requirements.
