Due to recent personal circumstances, my credit rating was not optimal. I pessimistically walked into the dealership with very low expectations in purchasing a used car. When we had to do the paperwork for financing we worked with Sandy, she explained everything to us when it came to gap insurance and the anti-theft and all the discounts I would be getting. It was already late when we decided that we would do the deal and they both had to stay past closing time, neither one of them rushed us out the door or didn't explain the paperwork to us. I was impressed with how quickly I was greeted on the lot by Jerry. After car shopping for a couple of weeks I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. I was recommended to Kelly Mitsubishi by my son inlaw who has purchased his last 3 cars from Kelly. I was in a real delema with my car just having me left stranded with a mechanical problem. I realy was not looking at purchasing a new car because I still had 2 years left on my curent car loan but I looked at all options and after talking to my son inlaw he convinced me to go to Kelly Mitsubishi and see if they could help me with swaping out my car and possibly getting into a newer model. I went to the white tent special and I was helped by a young salesman by the name of David Simoes. I explained my situation to him and he immediately took the time to help me. He gave me several options that made me feel that he understood what I was looking for with out making me feel pressured to make a purchase. That was very important to me. As it turned out I was able to pick out the 2009 Mitusbishi Lancer that I finally was able to purchase. I was given a fair trade in for my old car and we proceeded to head into the sales office to meet with the F and I business Manager Sandy Smith. Due to my credit history as well as the payoff on my existing car loan it was going to be a challenge to get a loan approval. I would like to say that Sandy Smith worked extremly hard and as a result she found me a lender and a reasonable interest rate. Sandy Smith went the extra long mile for me.
