Had car there initially for A/C repair. When we got the Mitsubishi Montero back the first time, it was making a horrible screeching noise when my husband drove it down to Philadelphia to work, while the A/ Mitsubishi Montero back the first time, it was making a horrible screeching noise when my husband drove it down to Philadelphia to work, while the A/C was turned on. Called the dealership and brought the truck back in for repair #1. The dealership stated that the wrong belt was put on the truck. The truck was then returned to us. Again, as my husband was driving down to Philadelphia, he noticed a horrible screeching noise while the A/C was turned on. Dealership was notified and repair #2 was issued. Dealership stated the belt stretched. Dealership called wife to let her know that truck was ready, and wife explained to dealership to please drive the truck a distance since it has been happening while my husband was driving to work in Philadelphia which is an hour and 15 minute drive. The dealership guy responded, " yeah yeah, I understand." and left it at that. Truck returned. As wife was driving down NJ turnpike with 9 month old son in back seat, the A/C belt snapped and wrapped around other engine parts and caused the power steering to go. Wife almost got into an accident on turnpike due to this. Wife had truck towed to dealership and wife went in personally to talk with Dan Moyer about incident. Dan Moyer stated he would personally watch his mechanic repair our truck and find out himself what was wrond with it. Dan called wife and explained that there was a sharp edge on the pulley that he had to file down which caused the A/C belt to snap. Dan stated that a manufacturer belt was placed because there was an after-market belt on previously. Dan stated he drove the truck a fair distance, due to wifes complaint that the dealership was not taking their truck for a long distance to actually hear the noise it was making. Dan told wife to bring truck back that friday to do a final check, since family was moving to Virginia that Monday. Wife never brought truck back due to being busy with the move. Driving truck down to Virginia, and truck made the horrible noise. Took truck to dealership in virginia and Mitsubishi dealeship in virginia stated that the A/C belt stretched and the alternator belt was dry-rotted. They also stated that an after-market belt was placed on the vehicle. Dealership saved the belt for customer. Wife called Dan Moyer on Tuesday and Dan told wife that he personally saw mechanic put a manufacturers belt on that vehicle. Going back and forth between the two dealerships, Dan Moyer called wife on Friday and stated when he looked back in his records, that an after-market belt was placed. He also told wife we only brought car to him three times and not four, when I was telling him he was wrong. Nothing else was done at that point, because he refused to make good for any of his mistakes. I will NEVER take my truck or any other vehicle to this dealership again. I will NEVER reccommend anyone to this dealership again. In fact, I will DISCOURAGE anyone to go to this dealership!! More

Furthermore, they provided a very good price (I had contacted them first to get an e-quote), and they gave me a very good price for my trade-in (write in line from what I could determine from various data sources such as blue-book, black-book and the trade-in calculator on Mitsubishi's own web-site.). In fact, there was really no haggling. I also requested various options (such as a cargo tray, cargo cover, etc.) which they had to order and they provided these at their cost. In fact, next year when it is time for us to trade in the other car (the Jeep), we will come back to Kelly. More
