I visited the dealership to see if I could purchase a used car. I wanted to have a pressure-free situation and be able to make a fair and reasonable decision. Mr. Chinnici was very cordial and informative on all the cars that were available in my range, and didn't show any signs of impatience answering all my concerns. My experience at Kelly was very pleasant. Dave was very helpful with everything and answered every question thouroughly. When i first went to kelly to browse at the cars Dave approached me and was very helpful. Like i said, i was nervous and had a lot of concerns, but Dave walked me through everything and was very informative about the vehicles which made my decision a lot easier. Once i had picked out the car that i wanted dave sat down with me and showed me what kind of options i had to choose from for the loan i needed to receive. I informed him with how much i wanted to put down and he went and crunched the numbers which gave me many options that i could pick. This was the first time that I’ve ever went to a Mitsubishi location for a car, which, was recommended by a friend of mine. I was approached right away by Troy Held but advised him that I was lookin Mitsubishi location for a car, which, was recommended by a friend of mine. He stated that he could take care of me when he was finished with someone else. I started to look around and didn’t know what I was looking for since I’ve never had an interest in Mitsubishi before. Once he was finished, he came over to me and asked me what I was looking for, my response was, “I don’t know”. I told him my situation and advised him what I can afford per month and that I was looking for a car no older than a 2007. He asked me why and I advised I didn’t want anything older to where I would have to put a lot of money into. He helped me look for a 2007 and we took it for a test drive. When we got back to the dealer, he asked if I liked it, my response was “yes”. He sold me a beautiful car, not only a 2007 but one with leather seats and a moon roof. Now I can look even sexier..lol!!! Serious though, I had a great experience with Mitsubishi and I’m thankful for my friend that recommended me to go to them. We were just sticker shopping and we came across a tent sale. Not knowing who the dealer was we stopped by to check out some prices. Bryan listened and directed us to another Kelly lot down the street and explained that all the vehicles behind the dealership were all in our price range. He also pointed out there was a 2002 Saturn Vue there that he recently traded and although it was a little more than we wanted to spend, it's great condition made it worth a look. He was right, it was just what we were looking for and we appreciated the fact that instead of trying to "upsell" us, he directed us to what we asked for. We bought that Saturn Vue and drove it off the lot that day. We shopped around for a while before meeting Bryan and this was the first time someone took our needs into consideration.
