I generally dislike the undue pressure of vehicle purchasing. At 56 years old, I found this experience the best in 20 years. The last time I purchased a vehicle I couldn't wait to leave the dealership. The only reason that I bought that vehicle is I liked the vehicle not the dealership. However at Kelly, The salesman brought the vehicle to me and took my vehicle for apprasial, had financing all arranged waiting for me to get off of work and work out the details at the dealership. I was there about 90 min signing the paperwork,cleaning out my traded vehicle, and having a review of all the options on my newly purchased vehicle. What a wonderful experience. It doesn't get any better than this. More

This was my a second Mitsubishi purchase with Kelly - previously purchased a 2007 Galant which ran great and I loved but I was looking for a more comfortable ride for a taller person with that same Mitsu previously purchased a 2007 Galant which ran great and I loved but I was looking for a more comfortable ride for a taller person with that same Mitsubishi driving quality and knew I would someday purchase an Outlander from a previous visit. There were some trials to get the deal settled but several persons involved in putting the deal together and staying close to the financial parameters we were looking for. Salesman Luis, although new and learning, was earnest in his attempts to work with us and to insure we were satisfied with our purchase. I was not looking to buy but rather to research but fell in love with a 2010 Outlander and despite some obstacles we eventually were able to come to a compromise that satisfied all our goals. Special thanks to Sandy Smith for putting together a sweet financing plan and taking care of all loan payoffs, paperwork, etc. She went the extra step and even came up with two velcro tapes to transfer my EZ pass and her sense of humor made it even more fun to banter.... anytime you are signing your name to loan paperwork for that much money you should at least work with someone you makes you smile and enjoys some sarcastic wit!!! We worked with Nawras in 2008 and purchased a used vehicle. Since our experience with Nawras we felt comforable and not pressured in purchasing like most dealerships. We wanted to trade in our truck for a more economical vehicle due to the mileage that he drives to and from work. The best part about working with Nawras, there wasn't any pressure, and he was understanding in regards to our needs as far as saving money with expenses with gas. He succeeded in doing so again, and what made us think when we pulled in that kelly's used dealership was that Nawras was consistant with us by sending us cards and letting us know that anytime that we need a vehicle he would help us meet our needs in what we were looking for. Very friendly, no pushy tactics, fair treatment of prospect buyer. Coming from another country the worst experience for me in the US has always been when shopping for a new or used car.
