When my previous auto experienced severe electricle problems and needed to be replaced, Jerry introduced me to Norris, who found me the perfect used vehicle. He also gave me a very excellent deal on the van I chose. I was able to drive it home the very same day. Not only that, but Norris picked up the extra back seat from my old car, the next day. They even make house calls to help their customers. Jerry has coordinated the servicing of my vehicles and always helps to make a stressful situation - less stressful. Also, there is a wonderful shuttle service - that takes the customers home and picks them up.
