The experience didn't start out so well. We were given iformation via email that said we qualified for 0% financing, which turned out to be incorrect. I went here because I looked online for bad credit deals and was given their name. Their internet person called me up to schedule an appointment and I told her about my credit situation and she said no prob and was given their name. Their internet person called me up to schedule an appointment and I told her about my credit situation and she said no problem and set the appointment up anyway. when I arrived there and asked for the person that I told the appointment would be with They stated that he just walked out. so they turned me over to a regular salesman. after telling him what I was looking for and my credit history we kindly asked that no credit history be pulled until we were approaching the loan qualifying step. (I have been looking alot and know that everytime my CR is pulled it drops and figuring these guys are so-called experts and do this day in and day out they could just tell by my rough estimate what they can do or not do without the report!) anyway I filled out the paper work for the CR thinking they will only use it when we were ready, but low and behold they pulled it anyway!! I asked why after I asked them not to and they said its law?!! its law to not discuss with me my options based on the information I give you verbally?!! show it to me. after discussing the credit issues with this gentleman behind the desk. he obnoxiously stated to me look i am not here to discuss your credit but to sell cars!!! WOW I couldnt believe it, I was neither angry or upset until this point! They made me feel so low because I had some issues and I am trying to clear them up. Let me tell you they say advertising by word of mouth is best. I will become their best advertiser!! More

I felt very comfortable doing business with David, he showed us all of the paperwork on the vehicles we were interested in and I felt as though he was looking for the best possible vehicle fit for me and my husband. By the end of our visit, I felt as though we were doing business with a friend, not a stranger. He was not too pushy, was very personable, and was confident that he could sell us a quality car within our standards and price range. I stopped at Kelly Mitsubishi considering the purchase of an Evolution. I made it clear to Dave that I was considering the Mitsubishi among a dozen different cars and was not at the point where I was ready t an Evolution. Despite this, Dave spent as long as I needed going over different models and options, letting me take several out on test drives to really discern the difference between each transmission and model year. Over the next month, I visited the other dealerships eliminating most of them as choices. I didn't feel hassled or pressured by Kelly at all during this time. When I stopped back in to begin the purchasing process, Dave spent even more time helping me nail down the trim level and package options that worked best for me. He immediately presented me with a fair price without needing to haggle and when I decided to trade in my previous car, the first offer they made was also very fair. There was a slight mix-up that delayed the delivery of the car by a half a day, but the dealership made up for it by sending me home with a nearly identical loaner car while I waited for mine to arrive. I have since seen other members of the sales staff while waiting to have snow tires mounted, and received a warm greeting. The entire staff seems to go above and beyond and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. More
