Norris was a very nice salesmen. This is my 3rd car i bought from kelly. I bought 2 new cars & this is my first used car. The salesmen ship was good, however i was a little disapointed in the interior de bought from kelly. I bought 2 new cars & this is my first used car. The windshield was so streaky it was hard to see out of it at night, i had to clean it as soon as i got home. I did recommend kelly to my boyfriend who was looking for a truck and he went a week or two after i was there, also had norris & ended up buying a truck. i would go back to kelly in the future. More

We arrived at the dealership to look at a car that had peaked our interest online (cars.com). When we arrived, Robert saw us and asked how he could help within a coupple of minutes. The price's couldn't have been more appropriate. He worked with me hard to strive for the numbers and payments that I could handle, and he did just that. I walked out of there with a beautiful car and I was thrilled at the service and price. I was allowed to take the car home for a night to realize that this was the car for me. I greatly appreciated that in many ways because I could see how the car was for a day, not just a ten minute car ride around roads that I did not know.
