I am now a proud owner of a brand new 2011 Evo and I have both Sandy Smith and Thomas Chinnici to thank for that! They took me seriously when others laughed, they didnt waste time while other dealerships were turtles. I cant imagine ever purchasing another car without both Sandy and Tom being involved. This has been a wonderful buying experience for me and I truly feel that other dealerships could learn a thing or two from these guys. Sandy took the time to make sure that I got the best deal possible and she even explained every detail of the paper work to me. She offered advice and guidence for a first time buyer and shared my joy as I drove off. Dave also helped me decide which Outlander Sport package was best for me. He did not try to talk me into the most expensive one, which is nice. It was raining the day I bought my car and Dave always made sure I had an umbrella over my head and stayed as dry as possible. Dave worked with me on financing my car and showed me how to use all of the features before I left. The best part was I got to take my new car home the very same day!!
