This was my first car purchase as a young, female professional and I was happy to learn that it is not as bad as I thought it would be. Originally I came to Kelly Automotive Group to just look at a L professional and I was happy to learn that it is not as bad as I thought it would be. Originally I came to Kelly Automotive Group to just look at a Lancer and Robert greeted me. He asked if he could help me and allowed my friend and I to browse the lot on our own which I appreciated. A day later I came back to look at an Eclipse I saw online in more of my price range. Again, Robert greeted me and recognized me from the day before which was welcoming. This time I was ready to ask more questions and get behind the wheel. Rob also let me take home the Eclipse for the evening so my father would be able to see it before I made any decisions. I felt really good knowing my father was able to see the car as he works out of state and has a busy schedule. Not wanting to make any impulse decisions I took a day away to shop around in the area and drive other cars. Nothing really compared to the Eclipse's price and all it had to offer. The following day I went back bright and early to drive the Eclipse again, this time on the highway, with David. David was very willing to help in anyway and was a great listener. It was nice to work with a young salesman close to my age too. After driving the car again I knew it was right for me and I put down a deposit. I then picked up the car 4 days later when it worked best with my schedule. I appreciated not feeling rushed to get back to the lot to pick up my car. It was also convenient to be able to communicate with David through text messaging within those 4 days when I had questions. I would recommend Robert or David as they made me feel comfortable making my first big purchase. The only thing I was dissapointed in was the detailing of the car was not fully completed; crumbs and dirt left over in the back seat interior and marks that I easily removed with wax at home on the exterior. I wanted to buy a new car, and the Outlander Sport was the last of my options (because of its size). I was on my way to buy a car from another dealer, but I stop at Kelly to show the new outlander to my f the last of my options (because of its size). He was very friendly and professional. The best thing was that I was able to communicate with him using my first language. Oscar's great costumer service convinced me of getting the new Outlander Sport. What was different about Oscar was that he made sure that I was getting the car that I WANTED at an affordable price, and not just a new car that I could afford (Thank you Oscar for this ;) I spent the whole afternoon in the dealer, but it was because I was not an easy buyer. I will give Oscar a rate of 10, and will recommend him to any body that is interested in buying a new car. Thank you for your patience and great service! More
