After having had a bad experience with a bad Honda Civic, my 21 year old daughter took several weeks to research car dealerships in search of her next car. She chose Kelly Mitsubishi in Emmaus, Pa because th my 21 year old daughter took several weeks to research car dealerships in search of her next car. She chose Kelly Mitsubishi in Emmaus, Pa because they had 2 Mitsubishi Eclipses in her price range and good online reviews. We were terribly disappointed and taken advantage of. On Saturday October 8th 2011 She purchased her 2006 eclipse From a salesman named Dave Simoes, We realized after the fact that he did not let us start the vehicle, rather, he insisted on starting it each time. After bringing her new car home on Saturday, She complained it did not seem to start properly. Monday AM she took the car to our reputable garage where they told her the car was going to need a new starter. Also, the sunroof and front grill on the car were broken. It was clear that Dave Simoes or someone at the dealership had known about the problems. When my daughter called Dave he told her she was out of luck and that the 150 miles had run up for her to bring back the car. We drove from Lancaster Pa to Emmaus Pa and back in order to pick up this car. Dave said they absolutely would not take the car back that we could trade it in for another car. Simoes also said that We could drive it back up ( Another 1 1/2 hours) to get the repairs done, However the warranty had not kicked in yet it would have been out of pocket. When we expressed our concern that things were just going to keep going wrong seeing as the problems the car already had Dave said " I don't know why your so upset, It's not the car has a soul or cancer" Kelly Mitsubishi seems to have great reviews however dealing with Dave Simoes was probably the worst decision we could have made. More

Robert Crail greeted us , and was happy to give us our intial space. When we began to talk with him Robert was knowledgeable and polite. We looked at several cars on everyone of Kelly;s property before we found the car of our liking. All the while Mr Crail was patient and most import not pushy.
