Oil change and tire rotation Brought in my wrangler for first oil change and tire rotation, came out with one broken wheel stud and addition bent one. Paid the tire rotation proceeded to leave, I checked myself with fingers the lug nuts, and one of the nuts rolled right off as if it weren't tightened at all. I came back after calling ahead to make sure the pet was in and if they could take my jeep in. Showed up took my her then a little later told me that they could not help me unless I made an appointment. Nothing available until the 28th Oct, today's the 12th. After I told him that I already planned a road trip home, he told me it was fine and don't worry about it. Then I described the second stud that's stripped and told me when don't drive it then. I asked if I could get a replacement vehicle while it's being fixed he told me again it will be fine, even though I paid for the extended warranty that allows replacement vehicles if mine needs repairs. Called the jeep website told them the issue 20 mins after he sent me packing and they said they were advised that the manager or anyone else were not at work today. More

NOT at all what I expected I had been working with the service manager Bill to resolve an issue with the plastic panel on the side of my driver's door. The part arrived and I w I had been working with the service manager Bill to resolve an issue with the plastic panel on the side of my driver's door. The part arrived and I went in on Saturday October 3rd to have the piece installed. Bill was not there so Artis helped me to get the car in. I wandered around a little bit and when I cam back into the service department, they said the car was done. It took them 10 minutes to replace it? I went out to my car to look at it and to my surprise, the piece was not all the way on the seat. I went back inside to to ask Artis if I could have the technician look at it and he said he was out on a service drive and would be back in a few minutes. When Dennis, the technician came out to my car, he looked at the piece and stated to me that one of the clips must have come loose when he was banging it into place. He stated that there were too many parts to take off to replace it properly, so he took a short-cut to get it on. I asked him why he took a short-cut and he just shrugged his shoulders at me and said that's what he was told to do. Now, I know I bought a used car and this seat issue was under warranty, but don't I deserve the respect of the great service team you boast about? I feel as though I was a nuisance to the service department and I did not deserve to have "short-cuts" taken on my car - that I paid good money for - I drove 65 miles from Plymouth to purchase this car, it was exactly what I was looking for, but I'll not come back to have my car serviced at this chrysler facility. More

Went very well 2008 Grand Cherokee 77K required 2recalls, differentials serviced and new wiper blades took about 2.5 hours total cost was $432. Smooth experience Took my 2015 Cherokee in for its first check-up and to take care of a few recalls. They did everything in exactly the time estimated. First oil change is free at this dealership (that never hurts). They only recommended a tire rotation as additional work, which makes a ton of sense as winter is approaching and it is very affordable to begin with. As you’d expect, the waiting area comes with coffee and WiFi to kill time/get some work done. While I don't think anybody’s idea of fun is to take your car in for repairs, this is as good as you need it to be :-) More

After having my Wrangler for 2 days to fix a broken door lock I picked up my vehicle to just have the lock cylinder fly out on the highway! Silly me gave them a second shot to now completely replace the door lock cylinder. After having my car for several hours I returned to pick up my car and THEY HAD LOST THE KEYS!!!! The manager approached me and after I explained to him what was going on he simply walked away and I never saw him again. They finally returned my car the following day and gave me only one copy of the key. As if two copies would break the bank!! I will never return to this dealership and I would never recommend anyone to go here. They are by far the worst!!! More
