Brian Kelly himself and Andrew, the GM have also treated us excellentl time and time again. These are only a few of several reasons we continue to recommend Kelly Automotive to everyone. What it should be... Pulled up for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. Was greeted and was told it should take about 30 mins. 30 mins later I was driving Pulled up for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. On 10/17/2015 I brought my car in for a fast Oil Change and I was there for 1 hour and forty five minutes. This was my 4th oil change and with 21,400 miles it was brought to my attention that I should consider having my tires rotated. When I asked the person in charge why was i not notified that the tries should of been rotated every 6,000 miles he had no answer. I also find that the women that are answering your phones and collecting the fees on the invoices to be very unfriendly and unprofessional. When I ask questions in regard to the invoice it is always one word answers and I find them not to be polite and they have made me feel like they are doing me a favor to do business with Kelly Jeep. The quick oil change is back On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 I needed to get the oil changed on my 2008 Jeep Liberty and after having a bad experience at a Jeep dealer closer to wher On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 I needed to get the oil changed on my 2008 Jeep Liberty and after having a bad experience at a Jeep dealer closer to where I live I decided to try Kelly Jeep Chrysler for my needed oil change and was I impressed. I have NEVER been in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes like I was at Kelly and I now realize what Jeep service should really be like and I have now found my new Jeep service center. I have purchased a vehicle from Kelly Honda 2 1/2 years ago and it was a good experience as well. I would highly recommend the Kelly Jeep service department to all of my Jeep and Chrysler owning friends and family. Great job and keep up the great work. More
Problem solved I had an ongoing issue with my drivers side front tire since about 6500 miles. I purchased my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 new and continued to have no luck wi I had an ongoing issue with my drivers side front tire since about 6500 miles. I purchased my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 new and continued to have no luck with my original dealer solving the problem, until I went to Kelly Chrysler in Saugus Massachusetts. The service manager and all his staff treated me with respect and took my situation seriously. My truck now has 19975 & finally feels like a new vehicle again! Thanks for helping out! More
