I did nor have an appointment yet Artis was very helpful . I did not have an appointment. Artis was very helpful getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Then I asked them to install step-rails - did it for less time and for the exact money quoted. It's the same every time I come - my salesman (Scott has sold me four jeeps over the years) comes by and makes sure everything is going ok and makes sure to talk to service.(I always try to work with Artis because he always tells it like it is (and it actually is!) Awful experience. Poor customer service I waited an hr and a half before my car was even brought in for an oil change that is suppose to be an express lane.... my new car died 2014 jeep that I only owed for 15 months and had 12,995 miles on it just died. No warning .... I was just lucky it happened in my driver. I called the next morning and was given a number to call for a tow truck. Veh was brought up to Kelly Jeep. About and hour later Artis called asked me a few questions and said he would give me a call the next day. He called around the time he said he would. The veh wont be looked at until the following week. Artis asked if i needed a veh to get around told him yes it was the weekend and I had plans....He was able to located on for me. Again said he would call on Monday with an update. Which he did once again. Called Tuesday afternoon and said veh was all set and ready to go. Artis was very pleasant and helpfully.... More
