Check Engine Light I had the great pleasure of meeting Bruce from the Service Department. My check engine light came on and I went in without an appointment. He told m I had the great pleasure of meeting Bruce from the Service Department. My check engine light came on and I went in without an appointment. He told me he didn't want me to drive the car and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Within a day he had the car repaired. I was amazed at his concern for my well being. Profound Disappointment In February 2014, I had the water pump replaced. In June of this year, 2015, I had to have the water pump replaced again, this time after being stu In February 2014, I had the water pump replaced. In June of this year, 2015, I had to have the water pump replaced again, this time after being stuck on Interstate 89 in Vermont. We had to be towed to Burlington, VT. Almost immediately following this repair job, the car began stuttering, idling rough, and the check engine light came on repeatedly. So, we took in the 2011 Jeep Liberty for repairs. They looked at it, did $1000 worth of repairs and said it was done. Well, a week later the check engine light came on again. Well, we took it in for the fourth time in November for the same problem. The claim was that the cylinder head was 'warped,' and that, along with the head gasket needing replacing. A $1900 repair. (This is now $3000 plus the five hundred for the water pump in June.) Well, a week later, the check engine light came on again! So by this time I'm very aggravated at Kelly Jeep, Lynnfield, MA's service department and I called the service manager, telling him that I didn't think I should have to pay anything for this fifth repair visit for the same problem. They fixed it for nothing, but it turned out to be the oxygen sensor, something I suggested almost two months ago (early October) to the Kelly Service Representative assigned to our case. The car may be fixed now, but why did it take them four months and over $3,000? At the moment, I'm not only not likely to recommend Kelly's service department, I'm likely to tell people to never buy a car from any Kelly dealership. Personally I think I should be given a refund of at least half, maybe more, of the $3,000 I spent, especially since an oxygen sensor costs maybe $50. More

routine maintenance excellent front of the business service , under hood work was a bit on the sloppy side IE oil drips and smears .
