Sloppy, careless not very professional Was left on hold for 15-20min, needed to call back just to be bounced around to have to leave a message. When the service man did call me back I felt Was left on hold for 15-20min, needed to call back just to be bounced around to have to leave a message. When the service man did call me back I felt as if I was bothering him and needed to keep asking questions to get ans. I received a call back with an inconclusive ans all while the gentleman was carrying on a side conversation and I believe ratting in my ear. My car was brought it because I noticed one door was sticking - yes I only indicated one door and clearly that is all the service team looked at because I then noticed all other doors sticking. Clearly signs of a lazy service team who does not go outside the box to help customers. This experience is a clear confirmation / validation why my last jeep was purchased at another dealership (my prior two I did purchase at Kelly jeep in lynnfield) More

There is a chronic leak somewhere in the vehicle, and despite the service department's efforts, I'm still getting water coming in. But the service department has been very attentive and has made serious attempts to fix the problem. This was my second visit for the same reason. Bruce has been very responsive and communicative. He always kept me informed and got me a loaner car. More

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee My brand new car broke down the other week and with all the issues I went through, James was able to help me get it towed there with no issues despite My brand new car broke down the other week and with all the issues I went through, James was able to help me get it towed there with no issues despite all the calls and anger I got from other tow companies just to get it at that dealership. James was able to accommodate everything for me and get my Jeep to that dealer. Bruce took very good care of my car, called me to give me frequent updates, and at the end gave my car back in beautiful clean condition. He was also able to accommodate me with a rental so I wouldn't be missing a car. This whole episode with my brand new car breaking down due to a fuel pump misfunction gave me lots of stress but they were still able to make it a good experience and fix my car promptly. Thank you.
