Had a problem on my girl friends 2013 chrysler 200 with rust under paint on hood. After dealing with Chrysler care they authorized $ 1700.00 to replace and paint a new hood. After receiving the vehicle back from Kelly Chrysler I checked under the hood insulator pad for the mark that I put under it which was there, thats why I know the hood wasn't replaced but repaired. Because of this experience with your deceptive work I will not purchase or look for service at your dealerships. You have lost me and two other customers that have purchased vehicles from you because of your business practice More
