Fast and smooth. I will never go any where but kelly Artis Purdue was my service dealer. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had gone to Grava in Medford because that’s where I live. Artis Purdue was my service dealer. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had gone to Grava in Medford because that’s where I live. The person I dealt with made me feel like I was bothering him. Although my car was under warranty, he would have to see what the problem was first so bring my car back in 3 weeks and it may or not be covered And it would be in the shop for at least a week. My husband called Kelly and spoke to Artis. He saw that we have an extensned warranty and told us to bring it in that next week. After dropping it off, artis filled out the paperwork and told us he would call in a few hours. He did, and the car was covered under the original warranty. He called us the next around 11:30 am to have us come and get our car. It runs amazing again!!! I could not have been more happy and I Kelly is now my new dealer ship!!! More

Worst Service Department Experience I scheduled maintenance for this past Monday well in advance with a list of things to be done; Check the heat for an odd smell, update the uconnect, r I scheduled maintenance for this past Monday well in advance with a list of things to be done; Check the heat for an odd smell, update the uconnect, recall and oil change. I threw in replacement wipers at the service desk since it was available. An hour and a half later I get told that "yeah they can update the u-connect but it will take another hour". I did not have the time to wait another hour for something I requested up front. Yet the oil-change, rotation, and recall got done with no update to the uconnect & no wipers and the smell from the heater intact. What is the point of scheduling a list of items for maintenance, taking time off from work for it not to be done as requested. The best part was whoever put the oil-change sticker on my windshield, licked the xxxx thing so when i pulled it off I got someone's saliva all over my hands. Who knows if that person had some communicable disease or illness and he is licking stickers and exposing people. The only bright spot was the customer service from Melina, not her fault they could not follow instructions. More

The service department hours, plus the service express, make it so easy to have simple things done to my vehicle, like an oil change. We also had such a wonderful and easy experience with leasing our last two vehicles from Kelly, thanks to Alex Zamakis!! We might just become costumers for life! More
