Wrong diagnose after two hours I was charged with two diagnostics and provided completed wrong diagnostics. They said the ABS sensor picking up bad tone wheel - the sensor cable was I was charged with two diagnostics and provided completed wrong diagnostics. They said the ABS sensor picking up bad tone wheel - the sensor cable was broken. They said the real axel seals were broken and leaking - only thing leaking was a brake caliper seal. How can these guys get sooo wrong? More

Unsafe vehicle I leased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Over the past 6 months my vehicle's engine has shut down multiple times WHILE DRIVING due to what I was told is low oil I leased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Over the past 6 months my vehicle's engine has shut down multiple times WHILE DRIVING due to what I was told is low oil pressure. When I first brought it in to be checked I was given a diagnostic test and an oil change and all was well for the first 2 months. After only 2 and a half months and only 3,000 miles later, my Jeep was doing it all again... Shutting down on highways and Rotary's. To the point where I felt unsafe putting my child in the vehicle. I brought it back again knowing that there is clearly an issue. They did the same exact diagnostics and another oil change. Told me to come back after 1,000 miles to reassess. I am very upset with how this is being dealt because there is clearly an issue with the vehicle. It is NEVER ok for a vehicle to stop running while driving. And to be told that this is something that can happen is something that if I had known I would have never leased with Jeep. More
