Christian was organized, friendly, knowledgeable and that made it work. I picked up my Jeep Wrangler yesterday and Christian took time to show me how to take the tops off and how to work other important features in my jeep I needed. A few of my friends are going to trade in their R8's and start riding the dunes of the cape and I am sending them his way Thank you Christian so much, I finally have an amazing Jeep Wrangler! More

Super "friendly" until I signed on the line and then he couldn't be bothered. Tossed me the keys without showing me any of the car features or electronic systems. My car was in the shop for two weeks, during which I experienced poor communication and numerous delays. I had to proactively call the dealership for updates, as they rarely reached out to me. I attempted to contact the manager several times, Adam Ragab, but the service department consistently informed me that he was busy or in meetings. They assured me he would return my calls, but he never did. I even sent him an email outlining my concerns, yet he didn’t bother to respond. This lack of accountability likely explains why his service department is so poorly managed under his leadership. The numerous negative reviews from other customers seem to support this conclusion. More
