Always extraordinary service I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and re I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and recommendations for upcoming 45,000 mile service - great to know ahead of time so there won't be any surprises. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Victor Chaves was professional and patient. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. Reception staff are always courteous and professional, especially Val (who now works in another department but makes a point to say hello whenever I come in). More
