Emergency Tire Replacement Called them in the AM and they got me in same day. As it turned out I needed two tires replaced not just the one. Poor customer service My car was brought to Kelly Infiniti out of necessity to repair some damage from an accident my vehicle had. The first issue that my car was brough My car was brought to Kelly Infiniti out of necessity to repair some damage from an accident my vehicle had. The first issue that my car was brought there for was that it would not start in park. The body shop where I was having the work done brought my car there for repair. The issue was fixed, however, the dealership missed a broken engine mount and allowed my car to be driven off the lot. The broken engine mount appeared to have re-damaged what was just repaired and/or caused additional damage. My car went back on May 4th. Kelly Infiniti didn't communicate to the body shop that the part was on back order until about 10 days after they had my car. Whats worse, is that they didn't know how long it would be before the back ordered part was available. Eventually I called to speak to a manager, Matt Shafman. I left 2 different messages and my calls were not returned by Matt. Instead he sent my information to Amando Colangelo. Amando was helpful in that he gave me the part number to try and source myself, but, not much more than that. At a point after this conversation it came to light that the part wasn't available for release until June 22nd. At that point it would be another month before I could get my car back. I asked Amando (via email) if they would pull the part from a car on the lot and put it in my car in the interest of getting me back on the road sooner. They refused (as is their right), but not to me, to the body shop who had to call them and ask because Amando wouldn't answer my email. Kelly Infiniti is not the dealership where I normally have my vehicle serviced. I ended up reaching out to the dealership where I have my car serviced normally. They told me that to have my car towed there and they would fix it. My car arrived on a Friday afternoon and was repaired by Saturday afternoon. If I had left my car with Kelly I wouldn't have seen it until the end of June. I would suggest, to Kelly Infiniti management, that when a customer requests a call from a manager that a manager returns that phone call instead of having a service advisor return the call. You guys really dropped the ball here. I fail to understand why another dealership was so willing to get me on the road that they borrowed the part from a car on their lot, but you were unwilling to do the same. More

First visit This was my first time to the Danvers location and Armando was awesome. Real nice guy. Took his time speaking with me as I just bought the car used. The checkout lady was also very pleasant. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I typically go to the Mercedes dealership in Burlington with my precious car and they tend to be pushy. Everyone was super nice here and I definitely will be back. More

Always because Frank Falco keeps me trusted that my car will be in great hands when being serviced. He has been upstanding/dedicated to resolving my issues with my Infiniti Q50 since day 1. He has also been very flexible with my schedule, due to my job, and he stays in constant contact with me.
