I have had on numerous occasions found that an issue that I already paid for was added back to the list of issues I needed to address. This still concerns me and would make me take my car elsewhere for service since my trust has been compromised. However Dave has always tried to make things right. He’s terrific!! Thank you! More

Less than stellar service experience We brought our leased car in for a variety of reasons including a bolt or cable that came loose that cause rattling and wind noise on the highway, an We brought our leased car in for a variety of reasons including a bolt or cable that came loose that cause rattling and wind noise on the highway, an audio issue where the dvd turned off or more frequently the volume disappeared frequently and you had to turn the knob up substantially to get the sound back, an alignment issue and an oil and filter change. The oil and filter change alone were over $300, which is ridiculous. The car was ready quickly and I was given a loaner, which was helpful. Also, the car was ready late afternoon and I couldn’t pick it up. They held it and were fine with me picking up the next morning. My disappointment lies in that all the issues were not fixed. The audio/dvd player issue still remains and occurred 3 times when I drove home the 20 mins. Also, no one even attempted to vacuum, wipe down or wash the car. We have had experience with many dealerships both in loan and purchase situations, and they always provide a complimentary cleaning/vacuuming service. While not paid for, it shows to me what they think of their customers. More
