Making my appt was easy. Assistant service manager, Robert Batista, explained in good detail what my car may need. He listened to my concerns and decisions were made. I’ve always been hesitant to take my vehicles to a dealership for service so I’ve always just taken care of maintenance/repairs myself since peace of mind is paramount. From the kind ladies who answer the phone (sorry, can’t recall their names) to the advisor Jonathan and foreman Chris, my experience here was nothing short of pleasant. Chris went above and beyond for me and a review alone cannot express my gratitude! My faith in taking my vehicle to a dealership for service has been restored thanks to the amazing team I’ve dealt with during two recent trips to Kelly Honda! This will be the only place I bring my Type R for any issues should I need to ever again. Thank you Kelly Honda! More

My daughter had a major problem with her car overheating, shaking, smoke/steam from hood and multiple lights in dashboard.
