I spent 1hr and 30 minutes. For oil change and tires rotation. The technician didn't do good job on the tire rotation. After driving 20 minutes the light for the tire pressure on. rotation. Be aware when you having them service your vehicle! I head over for oil change and tire rotation today. When I get home, I checked my tires, they didn't rotate my tires (how do I know? because I have a c head over for oil change and tire rotation today. When I get home, I checked my tires, they didn't rotate my tires (how do I know? because I have a crack on the front passenger side tire), but they still charged me for tire rotation. This is a big NO for their service, very disappointing! They messaged me to call them back, so I did. They told me the "manager" is gonna call me back but the "manager" never did. I call them multiple times but never get to speak to someone about this issue. More
